On one of our road trips, we took snapshots of various Coca-cola points along the way.
Coca-cola New Bottlers Corporation in Brgy Lecheria, Calamba Laguna. This is an old Coca-cola plant. When we were young, there were large glass windows which you can view from the street. We were so fascinated with the Coca-cola bottles rolling along a conveyor belt. Wonder why they closed this facility.
The place is not abandoned though. Security guards roam the compound. There were empty plastic crates stacked on top of the other and Coca-cola delivery trucks were parked inside the property.
Right after Bato-bato Resort in Pansol, Calamba we always see these bottle-shaped contraptions formerly attached to the now-phased out Coca-cola jeep. They were on top of commercial stalls selling rubber floats (salbabida) and other swimming knick-knacks.
About 5 feet tall they were really eye-catching!
We tried to buy at least one from the lady manning the store, but she told us that the owner has no plans of selling them. We were told that people have been inquiring about them. What is the owner saving these for?
The new sales office of Coca-cola in San Pablo City. It was a weekend so we were able to get a shot of the compound entrance.
